I felt like sharing these two videos because a common conversation I have had with folks in my team has been around, "I've done these things in the last 1 month/ 2 months/ 3 months… what's next for my growth?". The videos have nothing to do with the topic of conversation. I feel most folks lack enough doing in their field and unfortunately are worried about career ladder.

It's not a wrong ask. It's, however, difficult for me to answer given I have never thought about the topic like this in my years of working. I'm the believer of "keep doing the right things, a lot of them, towards a broad set of goals, and it will be fine."

It's a perspective that I wish more people had.
